If your heat goes out in the winter in upstate who ya gonna call...this guy at least I know I will again if I find the need for a reliable professional with fast and friendly service😁 my husband is an outta state pipefitter when our furnace went down and he was unable to fix it on a short visit home he called Brian on a recommendation from a family member not only did he show compassion to the whole situation in general his work was incredible and the crew he brought were amazing as well felt comfortable having them in my home which sounds stupid but that kind of thing matters to people. You have no idea the amount of final destination type nightmares I had about that old outdated furnace now I can sleep like a baby knowing a job was well done! Thanks again 😊

Needed a heater put in .. someone recommended Brain.. well at first he wanted the whole payment before he started which was my mistake.. put heater in had to call him back 3 times.. the last time he had to come back he was so nasty ! He owed me a like $300 for I had to have someone come to fix the problem and he said he would refund the money well he sent a check and it bounced plus a $12 fee so in other words he lied and also like I said very nasty !!

Brian was very professional, communicated well and made repairs promptly. Strongly recommend!! A+
