Kelly Plumbing

I have been using Kelly Plumbing/Kelly Services for many years. Cole has always handled my calls with promptness and professionalism, and he has incredible knowledge about any indoor/outdoor plumbing issues. He is very dedicated and loyal to the company; and I know when he gives me a price, it is fair.

My wife and I were selling a house and it needed a fair amount of work done to prepare for the sale. Cole repaired: a broken water line to an outbuilding, the sump pump setup, HW heater, food disposal and he replaced all the old polybutylene pipes in the house. The quality of the work was excellent -I can't say enough good things about these folks.

Well, I tried to ask these people for help about my water cutting off. I left a voicemail for Phyllis, never spoke to her. A guy called me about the water issue and they could probably get someone over the next morning, said to talk to this woman and get a time. I called this woman again about 10 am, left a voicemail and no one ever called me back to help me out. I don't know what is wrong with these so-called professional people but it's not worth trying to hire a local company to do anything. If I owned a company and one of my employees or whoever wouldn't call the person back, they would be fired. Won't be calling them again for any reason, I'll do it myself.

Had a plumbing problem and called around and Kelly plumbing was the first to actually answer the phone and not an answering service, talked to the friendly office personnel and they sent out help quickly. They fixed my problem for a good price and had my household back up and running!

Cole and Billy came and did a lot of work in a short time. And the bill was very fair , for sure . Great people, great professional plumbers!!! Cvhhh
