Very pleased with Kelly Roofing. The original builder roofing company cut corners throughout our subdivision and amenity centers that has now come to roost. I had Kelly fix one issue and was impressed with the extra quality care taken. Now a second issue caused me to have Kelly take preventive measures with large weatherproof membranes at every protrusion on the roof giving me full confidence in the integrity for the lifetime.

I had a fabulous service transaction with Kelly Roofing beginning with Sales Representative Shelby Jacobs. He explained everything and answered all my questions about the product and the process. The job coordinator Gabriela was very professional in setting up my appointments. Once the job started Project Manager Gualberto Perez visited the job site and answered any question putting my anxiety to rest. The work crew leader Caralampio also was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what they were doing. Finally, my contact with Juany was very professional and pleasant. They were so nice I recommended the company to three neighbors who are under contract for Kelly’s services.

Working with Kelly Roofing was a breeze from start to finish. From receiving the proposal to paying the final invoice, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Greg Puka made scheduling and coordination easy, and the work was completed promptly and professionally. Even handling payment was a pleasant experience thanks to Danielle Popple in the office. It’s not often you can say every step was easy—but this one truly was. We will absolutely continue using Kelly Roofing as long as their outstanding service stays this consistent!

I used Kelly Roofing for the third nail install and soffit replacement with vinyl. Daniel came out for the initial evaluation and estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The crew that did the work was great. They worked quickly and maintained a clean work environment. Danielle in billing was fantastic.

We had our tile roof re-cemented along the ridge and valley. They made sure that no water could reach the underlayment. The final touch was a thorough soft cleaning. Beautiful! Miguel, Jennifer and Sammie were awesome.
