This week we had an issue with the pump's pressure switch. They responded to my voice mail within minutes and provided expert advice. He knew exactly what symptoms to ask about and knew what the likely repair would require. He was able to get out within a few hours in the dead of winter on a day we got five inches of snow. We had our water back on in about 90 minutes. Kelly also took the time to explain the mechanics of the system to me after he was done. They really earn their sterling reviews here on Google and Kittitas County is very fortunate to have this small business.
