The technician removed the valve cover, reset the valves, and completed a very thorough, detail-oriented maintenance service on my generator, making sure everything was done correctly from start to finish. Gas fired generac whole house generator installed. The office was spectacular.They made all of their appointments on the dates.And times specified. Once the construction permits were obtained from the city, the project moved forward quickly and efficiently. The generator is now up and ready for service during this hurricane season. Overall, it was a five-star experience.
