Kemp West

They came out to clear out our power lines and did a fantastic job. Everyone on the team was pleasant and they were having fun while working which is a good sign. They communicated well and we're thought about my property. Was impressed and plan on using Kemp West in the future.

Blocked the whole street and driveways during school hours. Would not move for us to get out. Caused us to be late to school and work. No notice of any work or street closures provided. I appreciate the work done, however, you must provide notice when you will be blocking all access out of our homes.

Tore up my lawn with their trucks, constantly blocked roads with no signage. A general menace to the neighborhood. I can't believe the city hired these people.

These chuckleheads showed up on my street this afternoon with no prior notice beyond a discussion with a Seattle City Light Arborist 6 months ago or so. After the arborist was here, we had a very amicable discussion in which he told us that any branches within 10' of the power line would be trimmed back. In the case of our deodar cedar, that meant one (1) branch would be trimmed. When I heard the guys outside I went to take a look - they were still working in the neighbors tree when I went outside. The trimmer took the branch in question and I expected that to be it. He kept going cutting a bunch more branches going in up to 20' from the line.
