Ken Adams is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He identified that my water heater was leaking and recommended replacing it with a tankless water heater, which was a great decision. During the process, Ken also determined that my chimney was faulty and explained that it was a potential carbon monoxide hazard. A chimney liner was installed. I really appreciate how thorough and safety focused he was. Ken's men are great-the work was done cleanly and correctly, and everything functions perfectly. It's reassuring to work with an HVAC contractor who truly knows what to look for and puts customer safety first. Ken installed my HVAC system previously and performs maintenance on the unit yearly. We just replaced our geothermal heat after thirty years of use. Ken's technicians have serviced it for the past 20 years. They did a fantastic job in removing the old unit and installing the new one. Ernie , Ed and Jonny worked quietly and efficiently. They cleaned up after work each day leaving the basement clean and free of clutter/debris. The electrical and mechanical work was down with skill and attention to detail. They kept us informed on the progress and gave us detailed instruction on the controls at the end of the job. We have great confidence in the quality of the work and peace of mind knowing they will provide reliable service in the years to come.

I scheduled with Ken for an estimate for a new heating/cooling system. He inspected what i have and found two very dirty air filters that were causing my problems and suggested we wait and see how my existing system works before spending money on a brand new system. I really appreciate his honesty. We currently have a LG mini split system. He also stated that his company works on Geothermal as well. If we decide later on a new system we will be contacting Ken.
