Our plumber, Joe, was pleasant, prompt, and skilled. He helped me order warranted parts ( I was unaware they were covered ), then returned to install the new parts and with necessary adjustments. Everything worked perfectly and left all cleaned up. Thank you.

Christmas DAY, just as our last guests were leaving at 9PM, we noticed flooding coming from our MAIN water line into the house. We called Ken & Carrie's, and they had workers out FIRST thing the next morning. I was SO grateful for their quick service, especially with the holiday. The workers were so friendly, even saying hello to our puppy. Reliable, fair, prompt... 10/10 recommend!!
