Ken recently replaced the boiler in my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it all went. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the different options available. Overall, Ken did a fantastic job. Ken by far is the best plumber I have ever hired. We had another plumber work on my bathroom but left us high and dry on a unique sink installation. I was frantic to find another plumber. Ken responded quickly and we made an appointment within a week. Ken is easy to work with, neat, professional and affordable. I will definitely be calling Ken if I ever need another plumbing job. He hooked up a new faucet for a bathroom vanity, put in a new dishwasher , and replaced our sagging and flagging water heater with a new 10 year warranty replacement. Ken is personable, highly competent and has a great sense of humor. He shows up when he says he will and gets the job done correctly without any muss or fuss. He gets my highest unconditional rating.
