Great customer service. Very pleased with response time to my furnace issue from this past Saturday. Ken Duval oil has always been prompt for service and oil deliveries .

Can’t say enough good things about this company they always treat me right. Had a service needed for a clean out and tune up and John Michael came out to service my system. Stand up guy, really appreciated him coming out. These guys are good people, strongly recommend.

Great experience so far. I've used them once for yearly maintenance service and once for delivery. I've previously been using Raynard brothers for the last 4 years but Raynard has been extremely unreliable and unresponsive lately. Ken Duval has been great filling in. They have an actual person that answers the phone, they're friendly, helpful, responsive, and quick to deliver and offer service. We were in a tough spot running out of oil when Raynard brothers blew us off - Duval was able to come out on Saturday for a delivery with no problem when I left them a message after hours Friday night. Will definitely be using them again.

Wow, Just wow! I am truly amazed by the team at Ken Duvall/Bonani Oil. This estimate may have taken a bit from Sarah and the team but it was well worth it! Geno, a wonderfully knowledgeable employee with over 30+ years experience was able to figure out how to install new tanks in my very old home without any disruption. I also want to mention that Geno came back to figure out this process, listened to me about not having an outside old tank and came in thousands less than other companies. The install was done in one day and the team left everything spotless. I highly recommend this great company!
