It should be negative one star. Charged me twice for two calls one pipe between two people's houses and one visit, pipe is inches apart. Told them I'd be happy multiple times to pay for the parts and the one time they were here. The way that man spoke to me ranting about how he is a Contractor License holder and I was just a dumb woman to him. Very dishonest very rude and do not recommend anybody to ever use this company. I've grown up here and no so many more reputable and honest plumbers in our area that work very hard. This man was upset that he had to take a call while he was on vacation with his family in Tennessee to discuss the bill. Two pipes inches apart exact same bill. Would not relent on the extra service call and he was only there once. Did not return my call for over 24 hours

I had an emergency water leak and I called Kendell plumbing, Less than an hour, I had my water leak fixed by polite, professional, and knowledgeable guy and They cleaned up when they finished I would give them 100 stars if it was available

I had an emergency last night did not know who to call was given their name from my hairdresser. I called them within five minutes. They called me back with an appointment. They were here before. They said they were going to be got the whole project done was out of here quickly with a perfect job well done. If you need a plumber, these are the people to call. They are excellent.!!!!

Opened the garage door at 11:30 am and the water heater had spouted two huge fountains, had no idea how long the water had been running. Called Kendall Plumbing and by 330 we had a brand-new water heater installed and and I didn't even know they were in the garage they were that quiet until they were completely finished and they knocked on the door to let us know. Mike and his team are amazing! Extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything that was on there and everything they did in detail. They even cleaned up all the water and everything around it and made it neat and clean! Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone and we will! Thank you Mike you saved us from cold showers and we are very happy!
