My a/c went out & my son was sick. I called KenKool & left a message, & it wasn't long before they called me back. They were able to come out yesterday afternoon & fix it. I'm so thankful for them!
Our church used 2 companies this week for different A/C issues. The guy from Ken Cool impressed me more. I will definitely be calling them in the future when we have issues again. This Sunday, our people will definitely be glad we called them!
I contacted Ken Kool on a Friday and that same evening was sitting in ice cold AC. Fast, professional, very knowledgeable, affordable, friendly and very proficient in what they do! 10 out of 10 stars! Will definitely recommend to anyone I know or don’t know to use them for any heating and air work!
They were very prompt and courteous. And work was done in timely fashion. They even had the correct sized air filters I needed.
Showed up and fixed my AC the day I called. Very reasonable.
