The company was not hired by me; they were contracted to work in my neighborhood in July 2024. While completing their work, they damaged the sewage line. Due to the damage, sewage backed up into my home, twice. After I contacted the city, to repair the concern; it was at that time that it was determined Kennedy Broadband was responsible for the damage. A damage claim was initiated in August 2024. The initial employee assigned to my case told me to provide an estimate for reimbursement. There was a considerable lapse in time, and I reached out to request an update. After doing so, he informed me that his supervisor would be taking over. I did not hear from the supervisor and had to repeatedly request information.
