Kennedy's Heating & Air

December 22, 2025 Kennedy’s tried to sell me an inside-and-outside unit, claiming that “9 out of 10 times the leak is inside.” That’s nonsense. I told them from the start that the outside service valve was leaking. Last week they said they would repair it this week - then never showed up. When I called, they said they were still “searching” for the valve. Baker in Statesboro had the exact valve for about $50. They also overcharge for Freon—$80 per pound, which is outrageous. And when I called back, they basically suggested I find someone else. Very disappointing experience.

Kennedy's Heating & Air is one of the most professional and knowledgeable people. They came out and got right to the problem. Mr. Ethan was so helpful in explaining my thermostats to me. I am so thankful to have them servicing my heating and air units. Let me not forget the young lady in the office with her awesome patience and outstanding customer service.

This was a great company to work with. They were kind, very personable, and pricing was great. I appreciated how well Mr. Frankie explained my system to me and what needed to be fixed. The office staff was great at calling with updates and Herman and his crew were quick, personable, and friendly when installing and fixing my unit.
