Kenney's Ace Hardware

Kenney's Ace Hardware in Mt. Zion, IL almost always has whatever I need. The people working there are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with anything I need. The folks in the paint department are exceptional. They have helped me several times by mixing custom colors until I got the exact color I wanted. Several years ago, I needed a new car key fob and key. The dealership wanted over $300 for them. I got them at Kenney's for a fraction of that! And they are still working just fine.

I look forward to shopping at this store. It has the service that stands out. Especially (I think her name is Sue) will help you choose the paint color you are looking for. The store is clean, organized and always well staffed. They meet you at the door to help you if you need it. The way stores should be!!

Always seems to have what we need. Pleasant workers, much younger than 10 years ago. I would expect high schoolers to be on their phones when waiting for a customer, but I was asked by six different employees if I needed assistance in the 5 minutes I was there last week. Thank you for being attentive. Yes, we did find what we needed.

This is the second year in a row I have purchased ice melt from Ace! Thank God to the gentleman that carried it to my car and the lovely lady that helped me open it. 😂 You two have no idea how happy you made me.

Shout out to the owner for letting me in the door right at closing time. Very nice people. Wish they had other stores.
