Wonderful shopping experience ! We came in looking for an area rug. We told them the desired qualities and size we need and the salesman was able to make excellent recommendations, was the easiest process. There was a tiny hiccup with the rug not being available the day it was quoted but they communicated it so well and the issue was beyond anyone’s control, we also didn’t end up picking it up right away once it was ready so this made no negative impact on us. I have already let my husband know if we need anymore rugs or flooring we’ll be returning to Kenny’s !

Great people - honest approach, quality work. Just completed a HUGE commercial project and it came out incredible. Jean worked with us at every step to make sure it went smoothly and that there were no surprises. When plans needed to be changed, or materials ran short - he handled it immediately and without issue.

We purchased our carpet through the transit road location in williamsville. Emily was our sales associate. From the minute I walked in, it was a great experience. Emily allowed me to take the sample boards to my home so I could see what the carpet samples would look like in our lighting. That same day, Emily came to our house to complete measurements. We stayed in touch via text throughout the entire experience. We discussed options based on our pricing needs, and she even gave me other ideas so that we could stay within our price range. During our initial installation, we had a concern about noticeable seam lines in the carpet. Emily was just as concerned as me and instantly spoke with her manager to get the issue corrected. My family and I have 4 kids and were excited about carpets for the kids bedrooms and living room. 1st install was ok, carpet material was left all over, clippings and yarn were scattered, and nails popped out of the thresholds but carpet was nice. Second install from the same purchase, Transit Road location lost our order but charged us after we took apart our entire living room. Two weeks later they were supposed to come again and install and they no showed. At this point we are fighting to get our money back because we don’t even want their product any more. Sad but do not use this company
