Ken's Appliance Repair

I’ve called Ken’s Appliance Repair several times now, and he’s hands-down the best! Every time I’ve had an issue with my washing machine, Ken has responded quickly, been completely professional, and charged extremely fair prices. This last visit he even had to come back out with a part, and the total was still only $132. You don’t find honesty and service like that anymore. Highly recommend Ken for any appliance repair — reliable, trustworthy, and truly cares about his customers!

If I could give this man 10 stars, I definitely would.. he fixed our washer over the phone, just by telling us how to reset the control board. He could have been as dishonest as a lot of repair people can be but instead, he didn't charge us a dime for his knowledge..However , we will send him the service fee, anyway because he saved us a boatload of money and he deserves it. We are forever keeping his phone number. He will DEFINITELY be our number one and only appliance repairman, Thank you, Ken..Thank you so very much.

Ken was fantastic, he showed up on time to my house to diagnose a busted washer, and he was up front with me and recommended that I purchased another unit instead of sinking money into mine. He's exactly the kind of repairmen that we need in society. Thank you Ken!
