My Dryer was acting up 6 months ago, so I called Ken's Appliance. Doug came out, on time and looked my dryer over. After he was done, the dryer has been working correctly. Very professional and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone!

He said it was a bad value and ordered the part. Communication was good for scheduling and arriving soon calls instead of replacing the part he found a clog in the line which couldn't be detected till machine was taken apart repaired it and said no need to change this part so instead of the 200.00 dollar replace and labor he charged me 30 bucks and washer is like new.

We had a very professional/affordable experience! I highly recommend Ken's Appliance. Our refrigerator was repaired in a timely fashion. "Doug/owner " went above and beyond to identify an additional problem and he fixed it with ease! Thank you!

lady who apparently “owns” the place screamed at me and multiple others to move our cars from the parking lot, very unnecessary and uncalled for , would never ever come here for a service
