I was in a tough spot with my heating oil running out, and she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get a delivery scheduled for me. I have started from the beginning of homeownership using Kent County Oil and they do not disappoint! Their prices have always been lowest, their customer service is always friendly and helpful, and they are very understanding. Cannot recommend them enough. Called Kent Oil on Thursday after trying to call many different companies for an oil delivery and unfortunately could not get a delivery till Tuesday. Michelle was AMAZING! Being a new customer she took my information quickly and ensured my delivery would be the following day. Refreshing to hear and see A+ customer service! Every time I call I always get a pleasant chat and the reason for this review is that I messed up and was late on my order to fill the tank . It was the day before the big storm and I asked if she could get deliveree before the storm . Earliest she had was the Wednesday after the storm. However she did say we will see what we can do . On Sunday, day before the storm the delivery came which lessened the concern about the storm. Kent always seems to go that little extra to accommodate the customer and it is much appreciated!!!!! We recently switched to Kent county oil. They have amazing prices and have been super patient and are kind and understanding and do their best to help you out in difficult situations. I was at empty and they did what they could to get me a delivery asap. I highly recommend this company. if you are looking for kind friendly people and great pricing. Kent county oil is the way to go
