We had KI Abbey do our floors for the 5th time this week (over a 10 year span). They have installed berber carpets, oak hardwood, ceramic tile, and vinyl planking. Our sales/service Rep, Rich, is always professional and knowledgeable. He and the entire staff all respond in a prompt manner, and are extremely courteous. We even had flooring done at our daughter’s condo and carpeting on a few boats. It is a pleasure to do good business with honest local people. We highly recommend KI Abbey and will be patrons for life.

Gene and his guys were wonderful. Got me an estimate same day as the visit and right after I called. Worked with me on getting rooms painted (DCH Enterprises also fantastic!) before floors went down. Everything done in a week. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

We had KI Abbey Floors install new carpet in our home and could not be more pleased! It turned out so much better than expected! Sean Beville was amazing to work with! The installers (Mario and Jorge) were amazing as well! Five stars just isn't enough for our experience!
