Our recent experience with Kent Moore Cabinets was an absolute disappointment. I would not recommend them to any new home builders. We designed new cabinets for our entire home. The design process was wonderful including the gentleman we worked along side. Then everything went downhill. When the cabinets were delivered several were damaged, then our brand new home was damaged with installation. Both things they came out and attempted to make right. This process took weeks. The man that came out several times did an extremely poor job. We ended up having to reach out to higher management. Thankfully they came and assured us they would make it right. When we arrived to the house after they claimed it was complete we checked the hidden pantry door to see if it now closed properly and the door

Outstanding cabinets! Quality of work and options to maximize our space were insane! The custom cabinets for our kitchen remodel were so good, we added more cabinets in the laundry room and had matching doors for other cabinets in the house. I've never been so happy with cabinets before. Our local Representative, Zeb Hood, was the best. As someone who worked construction before, his knowledge on cabinets and what was going to work was unmatched compared to other contractors I worked with.

Zeb and the rest of the Kent Moore family are all super friendly and great to work with. I have worked with them on business and personal projects. They do great work which you can see in our showroom at Premier Countertop Design. Everyone that sees our showroom raves about how beautiful it is and how great of a job Kent Moore did. The Kent More employee, Tait, did an outstanding job with replacing trim after our flooring was reinstalled. He was very respectful of our home and of us. He was very meticulous and efficient with his work. Hands down, Tait is the best!

I was going to hire them and it took 6 weeks for a bid. They did my cabinets in my kitchen. I wanted some more put in to match. The bid for basic cabinets was $4250. That is way too high and the quality isn't great. When I told them that's way too high and to lower it and let me know they didn't call me, return my calls and the manager flaked on me as well. They have horrible customer service!
