Kent Moore Cabinets

From my initial call to the cabinet repair, everyone at Kent Moore was so pleasant to work with. Brian is the tech who fixed the cabinet (we mis-drilled a hole for pulls) and he did a wonderful job. Highly satisfied with the whole experience!

My home is only 2.5 years old, and the bathroom cabinets began showing water damage after just one year. These are bathroom cabinets and they should be constructed to withstand normal moisture exposure for far longer than that. The deterioration is unacceptable for a home of this age and reflects poor material quality or installation. I am experiencing the same issue with Highland Homes cabinets and find it hard to believe this is an isolated case. The builder should already be aware of this recurring problem [Highland Homes] Very disappointing quality.

My husband (Suresh) and I were impressed by Connor on many counts. He is a perfect gentleman - respectful, polite and patient. He is also very knowledgeable about his company’s products.He is a terrific spokesperson for his company’s promise to provide quality products and sincere customer service. Connor listened to us patiently and noted down our observations; he acknowledged that some work was required to be done and got busy immediately. Interacting with Connor was a pleasure. He is an asset to his employer.

Alex Garza did a wonderful job touching up a mirror frame for us. He was very professional and quickly resolved our issue.

We recently engaged Kent Moore Cabinets to install cabinets in a couple of rooms. We were mostly happy with the work that they did, although the work itself is not the quality that we were led to believe we would receive. We have now attempted to reach KMC a number of times over the last few weeks to resolve some issues with the work and to request an additional items to complete the cabinets. We have found that it seems their after installation support is pretty much non-existent. The sales consultant that originally worked on this project no longer works with them, and I have attempted to connect with the regional sales manager, Paul, a number of times including through another staff member, Melissa ("thank you"), to no avail.
