OMG! I’ve used KCC for my heating and air needs and Colin has been to my home for both issues. Let me tell you that he is simply awesome. Knowledgeable , thorough, friendly and very professional. He explains everything and makes sure you have a full understanding of the work that’s being done and any future needed repairs and recommendations. I was so pleased that I offered him a tip both times but he would not accept it. He’s a great guy that does great work for a great company. Also when scheduling appointments ( I had to reschedule due to work commitments) Ashley in residential was extremely helpful, friendly, polite and professional. I highly recommend KCC!!

I am very pleased to have a new furnace and outdoor system installed by the Kentucky Comfort Center. I called during a time when my homes original unit had a compressor burn out, the part was too old to find a replacement. My family and I had managed for a few days with widow units and fans, but its the hottest parts of the summer and we are running fans constantly. I submitted requests for quotes from several companies over the weekend in hopes that we could have our house comfortable as soon as possible. We were responded to immediately. After reviewing several companies quotes, Kentucky comfort had better prices for a similar system than the other companies in the area. The quote was exactly what we needed for our size home, I didn’t feel any pressure to upgrade, upsize or add anything

I want to give a shout out to Colin. He did an amazing job, especially since one problem became two. He was kind and helped find a solution that I was very comfortable with. And yes I am finally warming up. Thank you Colin and his boss for getting things fixed. Janet

Our experiences with KCC have been nothing short of phenomenal. Not only are they friendly, personable and reliable, but they're really, really good. When I've called, the phone was immediately answered by a real live person who figured out who I needed to talk to and connected me directly to another real live purson. No hold music. No robots. No frustrating menus. Just good, kind people. Both technicians who came out were pleasant and respectful and they also took the time to answer my many questions and help me understand how to improve the quality of my home's environment. We are flag-flying loyal customers from now on!

Called about a coupon they had for HVAC maintenance. I spoke to Ashley and was told it could be honored as long as my first service was done by December. They serviced my HVAC then charged double the price and refused to honor the coupon at that point. Very disappointing.
