They have very competitive prices and their customer service is top notch. The installation crew was extremely friendly and thorough. I had a very positive experience with this company and I would definitely use them again for any future projects.

We purchased two pieces of granite from a local distributor here in Louisville and had to choose a countertop installer. We chose Kentuckiana Countertops because of the reviews from other customers and location in Jeffersontown. With the pandemic, our contractor had difficulties acquiring all the parts to do our full kitchen remodel. KC worked with us and stored our granite for a long time as we kept them in the loop on the timeframe for the acquisition of cabinets, etc. Finally, all pieces came and with the cabinets installed we scheduled with KC to have measurements taken. The team that came out to measure, PROFESSIONAL! The team that installed our countertops, PROFESSIONAL! The people in the office, PROFESSIONAL! I am 100% elated with how this company treated us and the installation process. We started out at a big box retailer, who farmed the job out to another local company. What a nightmare. A friend recommended Kentuckiana and everything was perfect. No add-ons. Estimate was 100% on target. They were in and out of my house in under 3 hours once the stone was ready. Cannot say enough good things.
