The guy at the phone for check in is rude and load you don't need to be screaming at drivers over the phone if your phone isn't working properly

Employees sound and look friendly. They try to load you in a timely manner but the whole complete check in system with the scan code is really wasting time versus the driver on the scale just calling cause now you have to do both scan and call the SCALE house on the inbound and it just don’t make sense on a busy day then you’re gonna have a lot of Grumpy drivers without the proper signage. If it wasn’t for the fact of doing both, it could be a 5 Star Pl. but until you do one or the other, not both for its a waste of time thanks and have a great day.

This is really impressive, they have 2 or 3 forklift trucks loading me, literally one waiting for the other to move in order to put his stuff on the trailer! Seems I'll be out of here in barely a few minutes! Thanks for doing a great job! Would love to come back everyday! You guys always work in a team like this?! 👍 When you get here if picking up drive on the scale, CB-15, they will ask for P/U # over CB then direct you to proceed.

Friendly and easy going workers. Was making a delivery and I was in unload and out in know time flat. Wouldn't mind coming back again

Quick loaded, easy to find, Check in thru CB # 15. Planty of parking outside for overnight. Friendly stuff
