My builder works with this company. They were supposed to contact me to set up a application. Never heard from them. Kept receiving multiple certified mail letters from them and emails from my builder saying they have tried to contact me. Which was a complete lie! Finally called them. They didn't know what account to look up, and gentlemen on the phone said he would call me back. Never did. Got another letter. Called again only to be hung up on twice. Finally told my builder that we didn't want to work with them. So my house still has damage that never got fixed.
