Kern Shutters and screens did a fantastic job of helping me to select the security door for my house. Cameron was patient as we discussed the available options and, overall, I had a positive experience. I am pleased with the finished product.

Very good shutters with modern features. My old ones I had to play a little bit pulling a cord to lift them. The new ones are more practical and do it with my hands. I recommend this place. Due to my limited time I am sharp on my duties, and that was the only thing I didn't like, the lack of communication about the delivery. They said two weeks and took three. I had to call to see what was going on. Then when they came to install it an appointment was scheduled, and I confirmed it. They didn't come on time and again I had to call but no one answered. Otherwise, I would give them five stars.

Purchased Hunter Douglas and Alta shades for my entire home for just under $15k. I had to chase them down for two months to finish the install. There was a faulty motor to one of the shades (over $1k for this shade alone). They won’t even reply and just ghosted me. Not to mention the Alta zebra shades are misaligned so when you position to “close them”, the window is exposed so light comes in from underneath 3 of the 4 shades- which defeats the purpose of the shade being closed. Make sure you pay with credit card so you can do a chargeback if they fail to deliver. Thank god I didn’t purchase my patio screen door through them.

Cameron was very friendly, and showed up on time to estimate our cost and needs for blinds in our new home. The crew that arrived a couple weeks later were attentive and expedious. They did quality installs for our home and we couldn't be happier!
