Kershner Heating & Cooling

Had them come out in August for A/C repair. Technician was nice but no clue what I was or would be charged. Then 4 months later I receive the bill. WOW due upon receipt right before Christmas and over $200. Also a $10 trip fee? WTH

They are always kind and helpful. Anytime I have a problem with my furnace or air conditioner they always fix it and get to it the same day. I won't go any where else. Mr. Kershner is such a kind man and everyone else there is awesome.

This company is fantastic! My Dad is 96 and lives way out in the country. His A/C quit in the heat. I called them about 8AM and they were out and had it going again before noon! Caring, considerate, great folks to work with. Thanks Rick and Perry for great service at a great price! So thank ful for great people like them!

They were great when I replaced my heating and AC. Worked great arrived and did everything as described. When I needed a service call I called two weeks in advance because of my work schedule and they wouldn't commit to a time other than "we'll call when were on our way" waited until 245 for a call but I had another appointment. Then when I called to complain they were very nonchalant and less than apologetic. Think the competition will get my business for now on. I called and their response is 8am tomorrow ok or is that too early?

We hired them to install a new furnace and to hook up our AC unit in our new construction. They hooked up the furnace and were to come back and hook up the AC at a later time because the lines weren’t ready for it. So Rick said he would take about 150$ off of our 3600$ price because that is what it would cost per him to finish the hooking the AC up. Well when we called to have it hooked up miraculously the price jumped to 300$ and Rick claimed he never said 150$. So we paid it. But we have been having trouble with our AC since it was hooked up. The house gets up to 80 degrees. The thermostat is set on 72 and runs constantly because something isn’t right. They have been out here twice to look out it. The first time they didn’t find anything. Second time the duct work under the house wasn’t
