We called this company as new customers after we arrived back home and realized our oil tank was empty... we are lucky we have minisplits as a back up for our radiator heat but we still had no hot water. They called me back and came out SAME DAY within a few hours and filled us up. I'm sure it helped we were local, but the customer service and kindness from the woman over the phone was exceptional and so much appreciated. Their prices are higher than another place we have used, but its worth it when a place will go above and beyond to help out.

Can’t say enough about this business. If you need a good oil provider who won’t cheat you, will be there when your family needs it, and will value you, I highly recommend Kerver’s. They go out of their way for customers as well as locals in our community. Ditch the big name business now if you have one, because in the future during an emergency they won’t be there for you. Been a Rhoads customer for years, gave me a 6 day wait for oil when I overlooked filling it and ran out, no emergency delivery even if I paid. They could care less about anything I said. Called Kerver’s in tears, was the most understanding and compassionate business owner I’ve dealt with in years. Will never switch to anyone else again!

Kerver's oil is a blessing. My oil line froze up Saturday morning, and I called, thinking I would just leave a message to be returned Monday morning. Instead, Ed called me himself and gave me some troubleshooting tips, along with scheduling a delivery ASAP (with promise by Tuesday or Friday). Sadly, none of the tips got system going, but my pipes did not freeze. I had my system installer out Monday morning. He gave up and left (very disappointing). Kerver's driver Jim showed up before noon, put a treatment and oil in my tank, and came inside and got my system running. He even called an hour later to ensure that all was still functioning properly. What a profound blessing!

Kerver's was recommended to me so I called. I needed oil right away. They were very nice accommodating They came to my house within a couple hours! I will be a continued customer. Thank you Kerver's. 👍

We purchased a house in 2021 and the previous home owners always used Kervers. They had told us to use Kervers and we did with no problem. Until the following year. We called and asked them the price of their oil (because everything was sky high from Covid) and the man nastily said “this oil is for our loyal customers only” little did that guy know we already were. After that treatment we would never recommend anyone to them and we heat our house and our business elsewhere. Customer service is a 0/5.
