My husband and I were getting bids for a whole house generator. Chad Kerwin came out on 7/3. Seemed like a nice guy. When I called the following week, I attempted to leave a voicemail on his number. It was full. I then spoke with a very nice lady at the front desk. I told her that his mailbox was full. She then looked up our information and didn’t find a report for Chad’s visit. I verified our email address for the quote. We NEVER received anything. We figured since they couldn’t even give us a quote, why would we want them to do the job and then worry about their service!

I just had Kerwin Electric service my Honeywell with it’s annual check up, and I DID in fact, need a new battery! Luke was my technician this time. Exceptional communication and thorough repair and tune up! Don’ call anyone else for your generator / electrical needs! These guys are great! Owner is responsive on Facebook and office gal, Kathy is wonderful! ! I have to say hands down best generator service in the area! Has all needed parts on the truck, focused repair, very thorough! Communication is outstanding! Very reliable and efficient! I will use them for everything electrical related!

Kerwin came out over a month ago to give me an estimate on a whole house generator and have yet to receive anything. I'll make sure to tell my customers that they must have enough work and I will stop referring them.

We reached out to Kerwin a month ago for a quote to install an inlet box and interlock to hook up a portable generator to our home. They came the same day and said they would email us a quote. After a couple weeks of not hearing back, we reached out again and still haven’t heard a thing. I wish I would have read all the reviews with similar issues. Fortunately, another company has already completed the work. Kerwin’s disorganization and lack of communication has permanently lost our business.

We received a mail from Kerwin Electric about servicing our whole house generator. My husband stopped in a paid and was told someone would be out next time a technician was in the area. Customer service was so- so, but the payment was taken. After a month we called to see if we were still on the schedule as was told yes that needed several customers in the area. That was fine we were not forgotten, we asked at that time if the self testing time could be changed to weekends when we are home, was told yes they could do that. They came out 6 weeks later, left a postcard. But and now no self testing by generator at all. It goes without saying that we wont be calling them again for maintenance.
