Tom Kesting and his crew were absolutely amazing. We knew from our first conversation with him that he was our person for a very big job. We did a complete exterior renovation including, new siding (Hardie), new roof and insulation, new windows and skylights (Marvin), relocation of front door, and a few bonus add-ons that emerged in the process, (new drainage, new decking in some areas, painted fireplace, masonry repair, new outdoor lights). Tom worked very well and adaptively to our vision, our budget and timeline. He brought samples/materials and patiently talked through our goals. Where there were saves, he told us immediately, where there were things uncovered, problems were solved with dexterity and transparency.
