Mater bathroom renovation is functional and beautiful at first glance. The process getting there was anything but; poor time management, filthy post work conditions and an avoidance of attention to detail. I had to stay on top of the 8+ week process, clean up constantly as nothing was covered or draped (except with painter) and constantly point out issues (off centered lights, crooked tiles, holes in cabinets and door frames). I am still finding parts of flooring that have no sealant, holes in brand new cabinets and places that should have been caulked. Anson would send the team to fix poor quality work. While I love my new bathroom and it works, I wouldn’t use Ketchie again for these reasons.

Anson Phillips, and crew, constructed and installed a new front deck/porch for my home...which was a part of a total exterior home renovation project. The new deck went up nicely (finished on July 2nd), and really transformed the front of my home. However, within one week (July 7th), one of the floorboards split at the nail entry spots, causing the floorboard to lift up on one side. I contacted Anson about this issue, and was assured that it would be taken care of immediately...that was nearly 3 months ago. Since that time, more issues have come up with the construction of the deck. Some nails have become unseated from various floorboards, which has the potential to loosen the floorboards or cause injury; but, a bigger issue is a warped front-top railing, which extends across half of th

Anson and his crew (Greg, Michael, Donnie and Ozzy) did an astounding job on my kitchen remodel and flooring for the entire house. Anson was responsive and professional from first contact and even reached out afterwards to ensure everything was running smoothly. He designed the layout and gave me exactly what I wanted for a functional, organized and needless to say a beautiful kitchen (see before and after pics below). Next on my list is remodeling my bathrooms and Ketchie Street Renovations will be the one to do them. I highly recommend them for all of your home improvement needs. Thank you Ketchie St Reno!

I originally got Ketchies info from Thumbtack and did my homework on reviews decided to book them. Everything was top tier!! Always on time. Nothing was under estimated. I started out with a 2 Level back deck replacement and porch stairs, and after being impressed with how fast and diligent they got the work done, i got them to do my carpet replacement inside, light fixtures in the kitchen, and a room door. I WOULD RECOMMEND 10/10 to anyone searching for a dependable, reliable, honest contractor!

We’ve been trying to get our deck fixed for almost 9 years and in a little over 2 days, Anson and his guys tore down the old deck, disposed of it and built a new one with 3 sets of steps. Highly recommend. Very professional. They know what they’re doing!
