Get a detailed bill from this company if you use them they will over charge you if they can. I had work done on my radiators i got a boiler heating system in the house. But they replaced all valves on all of them i went to menards and bought 6 valves to save some money that was pointless they charged me for the valves I bought at menards. I paid like 30$ ea at menards and kit man charged me like $150.00 ea for same valves I bought. I called office when I noticed this i was told they will look into it and call me back i waited over week and I called again this time talked to the boss he told me they would look into it and call me back waited week nothing so then we had issues with the work they did they sent the same worker to house so I showed the worker my receipt and he told me yes he do

Installed furnace in a different area then agreed upon without even a phone call then demanded full price after. You been warned. Bad business

Kettman’s have always done amazing work and recently we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed and our ductwork cleaned. They did amazing work were in and out in one day. Words can not express how thankful I am to have these talented people in our community

I just want everyone to know that I have received some ridiculously good service from this company. Seriously. I am of German descent and my standards are disgustingly high for most companies. These guys went more than above and beyond to make sure than my family and I get the best service. The furnace and ac they put in work absolutely flawlessly and they made sure their bid was the best financially and in every other way. There was a very minor issue with the install and the owner himself came to evaluate the work his employees have done and everything was fixed immediately. I have never had such a great interaction with a company and its employees. Everyone was extraordinarily polite and thoughtful. Very happy! I am recommending them to everyone!!! Every other company should take notes

We are in the process of a home reno and it was highly recommended to us to get our ducts cleaned, which probably hadn't been done in years! I called Kettmans and they got us scheduled right away within a week of calling. When the two guys came they were very professional and nice. They did a great job and we are really happy with the service we got!
