Kevin Anderson's Water Well

10 out of 10! I left a message on a Saturday when the water stopped working in my house. Received a call from Kevin saying he would try to get someone out as soon as possible. A little while later he calls back and helps me trouble shoot through video call and guided me step by step. He was extremely nice and patient. Needless to say we had water within no time. I am ever so grateful as I have 2 small children. I will for sure be a returning customer. Kevin we thank you so much!

We have been happy customers for so many years that I’ve lost count . Today we had a strange issue that had us panicked. We called in and Kevin took the time to explain how to do a reset on a piece of equipment we knew nothing about. Viola! We offered to pay but he said it wasn’t necessary. He made our day and I wanted to do something nice in return, so hopefully people will see this and choose him!! Thank you Kevin!!!!

Called Friday afternoon at 1:00. Saturday at 8:00 our new water pump was in and working!! We live in Cape May so it was not just around the corner for these guys. Kevin kept in touch Friday trying to work out our dilemma. Couldn’t ask for better service when we are first time customer. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent service and fair price. They responded to our call and texted with us to help trouble shoot problem within minutes and set up to have someone come out and complete the repair within 24 hours as promised. The technicians were knowledgeable, skilled, and kind. Would absolutely use them for any well needs!
