I Love the quality of work they do. They are very professional about the work they perform. The only thing that needs to be improved is someone in the office to answer calls or someone to return calls in a reasonable time. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

Our condo association had a great experience with hiring KSSI to do our siding, fascia and downspout repairs along with badly needed door replacements. They were prompt, responsive and did excellent work!

A job well done. The best part was Nathan, an extremely skilled craftsman. He had ideas (GOOD ONES!) that enhanced the project beautifully. The final payment was made the day after completion of the project, which was to our liking. It was a bother to continue to receive invoices over and over after the final payment was made. This billing process needs improvement.

We recently had gutters and outdoor window trim installed on our large historic building, originally built in 1843, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The KSSI team did an amazing job—working quickly, efficiently, and with great respect for the property’s character. Their crew was professional, courteous, and left everything clean and tidy. I'm very pleased with Matt Schmitt and his group. I can always call on him for help with updating and maintaining my home. They just installed 2 new storm doors and door knobs and the work was efficient and timely.
