I would highly recommend this business. He was very responsive, prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. This was not a standalone machine like you can buy or rent - it was professional with a truck and a hose. I was on a tight deadline with a narrow window between getting my house packed up and having renters move in and he was able to work with me and even did my basement stairs at no extra cost after doing the rest of the house. I will be using him between all of our tenants.

He was knowledgeable about how to treat area floor rugs as well. His price was reasonable and worth every penny. I would recommend him to any friend who needs their carpets steamed cleaned.

We have used Kevin’s Carpet Care multiple times, everything from cleaning our huge couch that our kitten peed all over to cleaning carpets. He has always been professional, prompt, and works quickly. We have multiple animals and happen to know that this business owner does as well, so to say he hates animals made me laugh. I have used multiple locally owned businesses and contractors over the years, and they have all used their cell phones as their business number. I’m not sure why this would be a bad thing, as they are making themselves available to customers at all hours. Kevin’s Carpet Care comes highly recommended, and I can personally attest to the quality of their work. I always recommend him to others and have never heard one complaint!
