The best of the best! I used Key 2 Pest control in 2018 when i purchased my little 1954 cottage and after 2 stores last year that flooded our town I have been keeping a close watch. Sure enough I found evidence of termites a week ago, Called Carol at Key 2 and she had Heath out same day, found both dry woods and subs, they had bait stations in for the subs in 2 days and house tented in 3. Heath explained what to look for on the subs (Formosans ugh) and showed me where he found the wings on the dry woods! So grateful they were so fast responding!

Kind of think it's a scam. So 1 year ago in July I noticed termites. Set up for treatment with this company, never met the people. They drove by and gave me an estimate. I left early the day of treatment but they didn't end up actually applying the tarp till the afternoon, like 3pm. which is fine but then the tarp was taken off the next day at by 7am. So it was only on about 15 hrs or less for gassing. Everything I've researched online says it needs to be more than that. At least 24 hrs min. I called with my concerns and the lady told me it was fine. There were also beer bottles left at my house from the workers. Fast forward 1 year after in July it was time to renew the contract. I choose not to renew. 2 months later in September I'm seeing termites again in the exact same spot I s

Heath was awesome! Came out promptly to look into termite situation. Received quote quickly. Within a very short period of time we were scheduled for tenting. Heath answered every question along the way. He went above and beyond to help us during what could have been a stressful time. We can’t thank him enough for all his assistance. I had a great experience with Key 2 Pest control. Martha in the office was so helpful in setting up the tenting of my home. She was able to get me in sooner than expected even though my home required a crane. The crew was very professional and nice to my neighbors. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend their services.
