Key Airport Parking

This was my second time using Key Parking. The first time I wasn't the driver so I wasn't aware of how parking/paying etc went. On this trip I booked a reservation online in Sept. for my Oct. trip. I put in the dates I would be parking, make/model of my car, if I wanted a covered or uncovered spot, but never my license plate number, which I found odd. I was there for 5 days, my pay was about $50 and some change. I was fine with this, booked it. The website said nothing about needing a ticket/receipt to prove your reservation. This is where I have 2 issues. First I had an issue with the bus driver on the way back to the lot. He wanted my parking ticket of the location for where I parked in the lot. I used to take an Uber to Hobby Airport every time I had to fly. I am so happy I found this place. It’s much less expensive than a round trip from my home to the airport. It’s so easy to book a reservation and pay online. The shuttle service is quick and I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle from passenger pickup area at airport back to my vehicle. I’ll never Uber to airport again, if I don’t absolutely have to.

Me and girlfriend were there to get a ride to the airport and the driver Paul acted like we couldn't be seen so he proceeds to drive away and had us running behind the bus to flag him down with all our luggage. once we get on the bus we ask his name in concern on why it was he lefted us. he than tells us it wasnt his fault he was on a time schedule and had to get going. this place sucks dont choose it for your future places to park they will pass you up and not care.

Had a very bad experience today, making my way back to my car after landing and ending my vacation. The driver had a serious mean nasty attitude. He drive very aggressively leaving the airport. Maybe he was in a bad mood, whatever. He took turns way more faster than anyone ever did working for this company driving..my suitcase turned on its side. He was driving very fast, thinking he is in NYC.. I was a loyal customer for years. I think my money & business will go elsewhere. He was very short talking to me, like I mad him mad. I felt very unwelcomed & a bit scared from his aggressive mean attitude.. dude needs to calm down & slow down his driving speed. Terrible experience. Just horrendous. No excuses.

Parking was super simple and all the staff was friendly. Pick up on arrival had a 3 minute wait time so I was happy about that. The van was clean. Make sure you hold on to both the tickets they give you and if you prepaid online, have that confirmation available too.
