Amazing experience all around, from picking the perfect floors to install. Mitch is super knowledgeable and has great ideas for any style you are going for. The install crew was on time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and hard working. A question from them I was not ready for was which direction I wanted the flooring to go, I was not sure and asked them what they thought would work and look best and it looks amazing!! When we bought an older mobile home, for new flooring I shopped at Key Carpets and two other businesses. I liked Mitch right away, but what really sold me on his store was the fact that, on each of the times I went in there, a previous client of his came in to order more flooring and work. He obviously did a good job for them all and they came back to him when they were ready to do more in their homes. Mitch was so much help in my deciding what materials I wanted for my two bedrooms and kitchen and front porch; and his prices were so good that I was able to upgrade all of them and still stay in my budget. His installers were great - so skillful and efficient, as well as prompt and friendly. This all happened about a month ago - and I am so happy about it all!
