Key Center Parking Garage

I wish I can give a lower score, validated but still show outstanding bills and had to pull back, really annoying system L

Attendant said that I could get validation from a restaurant in the building but I could not. Signage was lacking and on the way out the door locked behind us and we couldn't find a pedestrian entrance after.

Tried to exit after hours but the person in the callbox was extremely rude and asked a lot of random questions, not letting us out. We have to pay lost ticket fee to get put
