Key City Septic & Plumbing

Joann was incredibly responsive to our call for immediate assistance. Austin & David showed up quickly and got our septic emergency under control fast. The entire experience is by far the best customer service I have ever had with a service company. I would highly recommend Key City septic and their team of professionals!

They would've had my business. However, the lady I spoke to did nothing but argue with me about what I needed and would not even listen to me about my issue, nor did she offer to send anyone. She got so belligerent, that I just hung up on her. They may be great, but I couldn't get the receptionist to stop arguing with me about what I needed, that I won't give them my business.

Septic tank pumped out..just a routine pump out no other problems..They did a very good job.

I was helping my parents with a septic issue (toilet flushing VERY slow, if at all) and we realized the tank was full. My parents called a company (NOT Key City) and the people said they’d be out first thing in morning. By lunch I got I got involved. I spoke to Jo Ann at Key City and she was perfect. It just so happened that they had a cancellation and their crew was there in LITERALLY an hour. Went right to it and emptied the tank… *HERE IS WHY I’M LEAVING A REVIEW*… The toilet still wasn’t flushing. Wasn’t their fault so I said my dad and I would work on finding the problem. I thanked them and figured they’d leave because they did the job they were asked to do. NOPE… those guys got out some other tools and said “We’re here, let us help to see if we can find the problem”. I was amazed. M

Terrible service! Guy came out to my house on a Friday to look at the leak and said he couldn't do anything until Monday because they were just too busy. He tells me that they'd take care of it on Monday after complaining about how difficult the job was going to be. Then, on Monday, he calls and says that they had a lot of calls come in that morning and therefore they couldn't come over to fix the pipe. I was furious. I called Friday and now new callers from Monday morning are taking my place in the line up? What kind of company does that? Needless to say, I called another company in town after hanging up with Key City and that company came to my house within a couple of hours and had the leak fixed by lunch. They did a great job! My wife is happy and I'll never be calling or recommending
