Bill and Pat installed and maintained our generator and it was always a pleasure working with them - honest, professional, and friendly. They left their former company when it was sold and resulting maintenance was fine but the company difficult to deal with. It was awesome to find they had started the generator division for Key Electric. They came out for a service call a month ago and they found that our generator had a fatal error. They worked with Briggs & Stratton on a warranty claim and are coming out this week with a new replacement unit. Thanks, guys! You're the hardest working and best generator team!

Patrick has been servicing our generator for several years. Most of that time was through another company that I didn’t really care for. Pat is with Key Electric now and I followed him there because he is the best generator tech ever! He is highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional,articulate and communicates extremely well. Responds quickly to calls. I have referred several friends with generators to him and they all have had great experiences and now have maintenance contracts. One in particular had another company in to fix his generator problem several times and it would never work right. Pat correctly diagnosed the problems and had it up and running perfectly. You won’t be disappointed

Key Electric was a life saver for us! They came out in a hurry to get our generator running after noticing it wasn’t doing the weekly test and a red light was displayed on the unit. Their knowledge, professionalism and the ease in which the repair was made is unmatched by anyone else. We couldn’t be happier with Key Electric and know you will as well.

Patrick and Bill were EXTREMELY helpful. Our generator was in need of service due to an error code and every company I called was scheduling out 1 month. I explained the situation to Patrick and Bill and they said it should be an easy fix. Since they were in the area, they came over within 30 minutes and fixed our issue. (Error Code 2099 on Generic). Patrick and Bill were very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly diligent/thorough and fixed a few other things that the installer forgot to do, which won't lead the the water issue we had in our J-Box. I highly recommend them, they are 10x better than the big service companies!!

Once again I have to leave an amazing review for Patrick at Key Generator! Couple weeks ago on a Friday night we lost power and our generator came on, but still had no power. Text Patrick and he got right back to me and actually came down at 7:30 on a Friday night! WOW! Patrick called Sean, the owner of Key Electric and they both came down first thing Saturday morning and fixed the problem. This is a hands down 10 Star company and would recommend Patrick and Key Generator/Electric for all your generator and electrical needs. Thanks again Patrick & Sean!!
