Brad at Key Flooring was very professional, personable, and responsive. He had a great selection at his showroom and even brought us samples (based on what I had told him I liked over the phone) up to the house to see when he came over to provide an estimate. His estimate was fair and his installation date was on schedule. His installation team was made up of a guy named River and a guy named Chris who were also very friendly and did a good job cleaning up after themselves and even proactively asked if there was anything that was not to our liking with the carpet installation that they could adjust before they left. They even left the extra for us to potentially make rugs from. Great overall experience, and the house looks so much better with our new flooring. Thanks again for your help. V

It was the most pleasant shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Joe was professional extremely helpful and accommodating. The store has many sections and I was able to find exactly what I wanted with no fuss with Joe’s and my contractors (Willam with a Petra) help. If I need more flooring they will be the place I choose.

I found Brad at Key Flooring of Chattanooga to be very professional and efficient. Their showroom had a sizeable number of samples to see, but they also have access to a lot of other products that are not on display. Brad was very knowledgeable and helpful in navigating all of this. We went with a Karndean Select Loc product. The installation took a whole day and part of a second day to lay 700 square feet in three different rooms. The installation was done within the time I needed it done for company coming. Two months after the sale and the install I needed to get more detailed pricing for the job to meet insurance adjuster needs. Brad was able to help me with that as well. I was very happy with the working relationship and the job overall.

Key flooring was amazing. They came moved heavy furniture. Ripped up annd disposed of the old carpet. Installed the new carpet, which looks beautiful. Two guys came and did 3 rooms without any incident. They were polite and a pleasure to work with. Key flooring, from ordering carpet to installation was amazing! I would highly recommend!
