David is one of the reasons that I like to support local business instead of the big guys that just care about money and not you. He went above and beyond to resolve our lock issue quickly, at a BEYOND fair price, and even followed up later in the day to make sure everything was working as it should. I would 100% recommend and use him again.

Called around to figure out if a van that we purchased had remote keys available. Others wanted to either replace the whole system or set up a service. One of the places said that Key Kopy might be able to help me. I walked in and he came out to see my van, went back in and within less than 5 minutes had remotes programmed for our van! Great service, great price! Very happy - made my day! Now I have 2 remotes to access my van. Thank you!

David was accidentally my first call following a disappointing conversation with my Liberty's Cannon, “lifetime safe warranty”, concierge. I learned that my 08/2020 purchase from Tractor Supply in Powhatan, VA, was no longer warranted or supported in any way. My guidance was, “call a lock smith, and good luck”. Stopped by to get an electronic key made for my car. The locksmith was very kind and worked very quickly to get the key made. He even programmed my remote unlock fob for free. Great service!
