These guys are awesome. I’m a general contractor so I usually can easily tell if someone is knowledgeable and knows exactly what they’re doing. And I am one to tell you that these guys are the best out there. Lance did a great job and was fast and friendly. 10 out of 10!

These guys are amazing! My Ford truck key pin fell out and the new Ford key won’t come in till Wednesday, but I will be out of town so I came to Keyman lock and safe company and they put a new pin and didn’t even charge me. Wouldn’t even let me Venmo them. As a business owner, that means a lot because I knew that as well. Very good people and I will loyalty come to them as long as I am in Ogden. Thanks guys. I’ve used Key Man Lock and Safe many times to help make house key copies as well as new key fobs for our car. They do great work! Fast, reliable and even have popcorn for the kids! Highly recommend!

I came in to have a key copied for my personal safe. The customer service I was given and the friendliness was by far some of the best. Their pricing is much better than I have found elsewhere. The selection of custom keys is great. They have some that I had never thought or dreamed of seeing. I've used keyman in the past for my business and have received the same level of service then too. I'll continue to come back and recommend their services for any locksmithing needs.

Horrible service and even worse customer service. My father had a new key made here, and on its very first use it became stuck in the door. After several minutes of struggling, the key finally came loose, but the lock was left damaged and the door would no longer open. My father returned to the shop to ask for help figuring out what went wrong, only to be told by the “owner” that they were not responsible, that it wasn’t their fault, and that my car was “junk.” No attempt was made to help or take accountability. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
