Martin replaced and programmed a Ford key fob for us. Excellent service and a great value. He also fixed our front door lock. I highly recommend his services!

I lost the keys to my storage and reached out to Key Tech Locksmith from a referral. I called on a Saturday morning shortly after 10, inquiring about getting my lock cut. After picking up the phone and saying "Hello" I should have know this was not a brick and mortar business. The person on the phone did not let me know who they were, never asked for my name, but did mention they were busy and would call me back in a few hours.... By 2pm no one had called or bothered to follow up. Had I know this was not a professional service, I would have called someone else at 10am.

I called key tech locksmith service Saturday morning because I had lost my truck keys and my truck was locked. He told me what time he would be showing up, and what all he would do, and how much it would cost. Martin was a very honest man and was a man of his word. He came at the time he said, unlocked my truck, made me 2 new keys, and programmed the key for me. I would recommend him to anyone. He did great and I was thankful for him coming out on a Saturday. I lost my car key and called a few locksmiths. He was the first one to call me back and got to my house within 1 hour. Extremely kind and professional, made a brand new car key quickly and it works great. The price was great, cash discount. He came to Kensett in the evening all the way from Cabot. I called Key Tech to repair a frozen lock cylinder on a Honda Accord. The owner drove about 50 miles to my house. He arrived exactly on time and went straight to work. It looked like he had done this repair many, many times. Of course, fixing that little lock required an almost complete disassembly of the door! But, he was professional, efficient, and precise. He completed the entire job in about an hour and a half. And, his bill was very reasonable. Thanks again for an excellent job Martin!
