Another great check-up by Key to Cool! Josh did excellent work — he called to let us know when he was on his way and had already familiarized himself with previous notes on our unit so he could get right to work. The Key to cool team saved the day for me by resolving my heat not working. It was 54° in my house, but the heat would not come on. Josh is excellent, he reprogrammed thermostat and then thoroughly checked the whole ac too. Turns out, my previous company never programmed the thermostat correctly. Who knew that was a thing? NM

There is definitely a reason Key to Cool has the ratings they do. We live in fiddlers creek and had another company that just did not have the same expertise . Technician Josh did our maintenance update and he was incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, thorough and informative. We really feel we have a good plan to keep my cooling system operating as efficiently as possible moving forward. This is the best HVAC company in all of Southwest Florida. They are honest and knowledgeable and do great work. The owner is a hands-on owner which I think makes a big difference. I give key to cool my highest recommendation.
