Angelo at Keymasters was my first call after getting a price from the dealership. Not only was his price $80 less than the dealership for an OEM fob and programming, his customer service was absolutely outstanding! He promptly texted me photos to confirm the product was correct and answered several questions. Being able to communicate via text was immensely convenient. Angelo completed the job the next business morning and even went to my parents' home to program and drop off the fob. This was such a comfort to me as they are elderly and I prefer they stay close to home. Angelo and Keymasters set the standard for price, convenience, and customer support. 5 stars are not enough!

This review is over a month overdue, but this was one of my best businesses experiences. Firstly, I called in the evening to get a fob key replaced to my car and they responded with the best quote out of 5+ places I called (and it was after hours!). The following morning they followed me to the location of my car & when, to my great surprise & delight, I found my “lost"keys hidden in a crack near the windshield, the young fella only charged me for the fee to get there. He didn’t charge me for the keys, even though at that point they were made and half programmed, and gave them to me for free. Thank you for being professional and also kind to your customers!

Super sweet and friendly! Stayed in touch and kept me updated on time and his arrival. I was basically blown off by so many companies, no shows or basically overcharged luckily I found these angels! Seriously dont waste your time and becareful not to call one of those 1800 scams. Just call here.
