KCD put in my composite deck in 2017. Very happy with it. Just had them do an excavation of deteriorating pressed concrete patio. Replaced it with flagstone patio and pergola. Cannot be happier. Great company to work with. Highly recommend them. Our project manager Nate was very helpful. Crews were all very professional and hardworking.

Keystone Custom Decks was the most reliable contractor we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. To say they were impressive would be an understatement. From start to finish they were incredibly professional; the communication was excellent, and we never experienced a single negative issue or concern. We had multiple changes to the scope of the project along the way, and they were very patient and accommodating with each one. The overall level of customer service and professionalism far exceeded our expectations. We solicited proposals from 6 different companies for this project. Keystone’s price was very reasonable compared to the rest and it was quite evident from day one that they were also the most trustworthy and knowledgeable… and by a long shot. From the design with Mahlon to the execution with Nate and Anthony we were so impressed with their professionalism. They all were friendly and polite and so easy to work with. The exterior of house was completely transformed. We really enjoyed working with them and have committed to working with them again in the future!

Our new deck Is fantastic. Incredible company and crew to work with! Some of the most professional contractors I’ve encountered before. We were so pleased to meet all the people that we worked with. The crew that was here not only was professional, super efficient, and clearly masters of what they do, but also just incredibly kind people. We were sad to see them go. Can’t say enough good things about them!
