I purchased flooring and carpet at Keystone at the recommendation of my contractor. They were great to deal with and when I noticed a defect with one of the carpets, they handled it rapidly and professionally. I would shop there again without hesitation.

They were hired to place our flooring after substantial water damage. It took a little while to get them out, but people are busy. The floor was placed, and we started having issues with it within the month. It took a lot of back and forth with the insurance company and with the restoration specialists. They only wanted to replace a few of the tiles that were causing problems. They finally came back and replaced the flooring. It turns out they did not place the sub flooring to make sure it was even. Instead, they used pieces of the box to create a slope. The edges were terribly fit even after the quarter rounding was installed. The customer service guy Gene was really obnoxious. He blamed the problems in the flooring on our kitchen island. We never got an answer as to how the kitchen isla

Been dealing with keystone for years. They are just amazing for carpet and flooring. If they don't have it in stock, they get it within a week or two. Staff is super helpful

Literally amazing service. I was in a jam with time and was able to schedule and get them out within a week. Not only was the timing perfect but so was the quality of work. The carpet looked fantastic and was definitely the best work I have had done hands down. They even put back the Floating LVT that i had to dig up to access some subfloor panels. Would hire again and recommend to all friends! They Truly killed it! Mike was very professional and made everything easy to understand.

We purchased wood-look ceramic tile by special order and had Keystone Flooring handle the installation. The entire process was easy and the project went off without a hitch. The staff is helpful and the installers do amazing work. The installation crew worked practically non-stop for the two days they were at my house. Very professional! I am extremely happy with my experience with Keystone Flooring and would highly recommend them.
